Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital products and templates
  
  

• Branding kits
  
  

• Coaching sessions
  
  

• Custom branding services
  
  

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued.

For custom branding services, payment reserves time and creative work specifically for your project and cannot be refunded once work has begun.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using the scheduling link provided.

• Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
  
  

• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  
  

If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. 

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact me and I will gladly assist.
